We had an incredible stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and steam room, truly made our stay memorable. the location was also perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the underground station and nearby restaurants and bars.
That we had some issues with the service at the Spa & wellness centre. Despite making an appointment, we had to wait for an extended period, and the spa lounge was quite crowded.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is far away from most attractions. the surrounding area can be quite noisy, especially in bars during rugby matches, resulting in loud and intoxicated non-residents wandering around. On a positive note, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel special. The rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view, although it's a shame that it closes at 10pm.
The mirror in the room was hanging off the wall, which was a bit disappointing.

As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved the upgraded room with a big TV, super comfy bed, and floor and ceiling lighting. The mood lighting around the bed was a nice touch, and the fruit platter and chilled water were a welcoming surprise. The Nespresso coffee machine with different coffee pods was perfect for a coffee addict like me, and the staff was more than happy to provide extra coffee pods for free. The rooftop bar and terrace on the 10th floor were also amazing, with glass igloos available for hire. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, and the hotel and rooms were impeccably clean.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants to explore.
The room service. The coffee and tea facilities were not restocked and the minibar was left untouched.

Huge, comfortable bed and an amazing shower. Friendly staff went above and beyond for our anniversary. Great location close to public transport and within walking distance to attractions. Lovely bathroom decor. Excellent restaurant.

Great location near a tube station and in a calm square. Room service was good, and the spa, jacuzzi, and swimming pool were really nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
